Free Tests
Free tests offered for women who qualify for the Wisconsin Well Woman Program:
- Breast Exam
- Mammogram
- Pap Test
- Pelvic Exam
- Follow up tests to diagnose breast or cervical cancer if needed.
Qualification Requirements
You qualify if:
- You are a woman 45 years and older
- You do not have health insurance, or your insurance does not cover basic checkups, or you are unable to pay deductibles / co-payments.
- Your income meets the guidelines (in the following information)
