Register as a Professional Visitor

If you were previously approved as a professional visitor in the GTL VisitMe program, you will need to follow the below steps:

  • Register and create your account on gettingout.com
  • Schedule your first visit and acknowledge all requirements
  • Send an email to the KCDC Clerical address. Advise you were previously approved as a professional visitor in the GTL VisitMe program and you’re registered and have a visit scheduled in gettingout.com.
  • The Jail will verify the status of the request and then mark your profile as a professional visitor and waive the fee. The Jail cannot complete this step until you schedule a visit with an inmate.

If you were not previously approved as a professional visitor in the GTL VisitMe program, you will need to follow the above steps and include the following in your email:

  • A request on company letterhead
  • Bar Card/Department issued ID
  • Valid photo identification (driver's license or ID card)

Professional Visitors – KCDC and PTF Visitation

Professional visitors should arrive at either facility ready to present a Bar or another official credential card, such as a government-issued ID. A photo ID should also be available if needed.

IMPORTANT: Space is very, very limited. Your in-person visitation request is not a guarantee that an in-person visit will be approved. The professional visitation area at both Kenosha facilities is being used for remote video appearances for local and federal courts in addition to revocation hearings. These processes SHALL be provided priority over all in-person professional visitation requests.

Availability is very fluid. Your request may not be honored, may be rejected, or may be subject to delay on short notice. It is important to know that this service is available on a first-come first-serve basis. The facility will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request under the circumstances. Please exercise the other available contact options and limit this option to those instances where it is an absolute necessity and the other options are not feasible.
