JAMES W. BOND, 151 Barbados Way, Fort Myers Beach FL 33931 (Owner), requesting a variance (Section III. P. 12.18.4-7: which states that one large detached accessory structure up to 2,000 sq. ft. shall be permitted on a property between 40,000 sq. ft. and 79,999 sq. ft. in area) to allow the construction of a detached garage addition so that the total square-footage of the detached accessory building is 2,300 sq. ft. on Tax Key Parcel #60-4-119-352-0250, Town of Randall.
