Statistics show that in Kenosha County, more than twice as many people die from drug overdoses than motor vehicle crashes. Most people begin to use drugs between 12 and 14 years old. In order to bring awareness to this issue, several community agencies have come together to host an in depth anti-drug summit, "Why didn't I see it?" Waking up from every parent's nightmare.
