Kenosha County Parks is celebrating its 90th anniversary by hosting a free community event on Saturday, Aug. 5, at Petrifying Springs Park. The festivities will start at noon and close with fireworks at dusk. The event will feature free entertainment including live music, face painters, magicians and children’s activities throughout the park, located at 5555 Seventh St. in the Village of Somers.
