Join birders on foot and by vehicle (or even looking out your window at your feeders!) for part of or the whole day as we count all birds we find in various habitats in eastern Kenosha county. Every effort will be made to pair new field observers with more experienced birders within designated count areas. Please register so we can assign you an area.

Every trail leads to a new adventure. You will learn how to pack and prepare to go on a hike. Pre-registration is required by Thursday, December 18th

Webelos scouts are invited to Pringle Nature Center to earn their naturalist badge. This program covers activities 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9 in the Webelos Handbook. Friends and sibling are welcome to join this program if they are between the ages of 8 and 12. Spaces are limited and pre-registration is encouraged. Please arrive by 12:45 to check in. Please pre-register by Thursday, December 18th. There will be no same day registration.

Bring the family out to celebrate the Winter Solstice as we learn about the Solstice and burn a Yule log. We will also go out for a hike in the candle and moon lit snow. Later, we’ll warm up with mugs of hot cocoa! Please leave your flashlights at home as they will spoil the experience. Pre-registration is required!
