Kenosha County does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our website. From time to time, the operation of this site may be affected by numerous factors outside of our control. In the event of a county system failure that interferes with the ability of any user of this website to access or submit any bid or proposal documents, Kenosha County may, upon being notified of such system failure, cancel the BID/RFP or may extend the date and time for receipt of the bid or proposal, at the sole discretion of the Kenosha County purchasing director.

• Kenosha County makes no warranty that the website will meet the user’s requirements, or that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The county expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• Any unidentified modifications to the original bid or RFP document issued by the county shall be invalid. In a situation where modifications are unidentified, the original document issued by Kenosha County shall take precedence. Any vendor responding to a Kenosha County bid or RFP is responsible for clearly identifying any changes or modifications, as exceptions, to any downloaded documents in their response to the county.
