Powerful Tools for Caregivers

Are you a caregiver looking for stress relief and other useful information? Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week educational series designed by Stanford University. Participants develop a wealth of self-care tools to reduce personal stress, improve self-confidence, communicate more effectively in challenging situations and much more.

Caregivers benefit whether helping someone who lives at home, in a nursing home or across the country.
