Information and Assistance (IAA) Specialists can help with a variety of concerns (regardless of income). Staff can meet with you in person, over the phone, by email, virtually, or in a person’s home . 
IAA Specialists provide:

  • Medical Equipment Loan Closet
  • Options Counseling
  • Youth Transition Services

Who we serve:

  • Adults (18 or older) with a physical or developmental disability
  • Family members and caregivers seeking long-term care services
  • Older adults
  • Youth transitioning (prior to age 18) to adult services
