What kind of Health Education programs do you want?

Your opinion can make a difference! The Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging (WIHA) is asking you to take a 5-minute survey to let us know about your interest and ability to participate in evidence-based programs. Our evidence-based programs are important to avoid injuries and prevent or manage health conditions like diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, cancer, and more. Thus, we want to make sure these programs are easily available to everyone and need your valuable input to better understand the barriers that keep people from participating. Please help us by taking this short survey
