Application and Requirements

The application and fee must be submitted at least 10 days prior to an event.

Associated Fees

  • Transient Retail TCS Foods: $161.00
  • Transient Retail Non-TCS Foods with Processing: $154.00 
    • Vendors who process onsite at the event and products are non-TCS (popcorn, cotton candy, roasted nuts).
  • Transient Retail Pre-Packaged TCS Foods: $104.00 
    • Vendors who sell TCS foods that are packaged and require no processing (packaged ice cream, packaged frozen beef).
  • Inspection Fees (Collected at the event): $30.00

*TCS Foods: Time/Temperature Control for Safety to limit the growth of illness causing bacteria


The fee can be paid with cash, money order, local check or credit card. Money orders and local checks should be made payable to the Kenosha County Division of Health.
