County Records
The Kenosha County Register of Deeds Office has birth, death, marriage and domestic partnership records for events that occurred in Kenosha County. Additionally effective January 1, 2017 we have the following records for events that have occurred statewide.

All requests for copies received via mail at the Kenosha County Register of Deeds Office are processed as they are received and mailed to the requestor upon completion of the request.

The Kenosha County Register of Deeds Office now offers you three options for processing records applications. You can either order online, send an order in by mail, or visit the Register of Deeds Office where you may purchase the record at our counter.

You can now order online and pay with a credit card through VitalCheck Express Certificate Service. VitalCheck Express charges additional processing fees as part of their service.

You can print and complete one of the following applications and mail it along with acceptable identification as listed on the back of the form to:
