Social Services

The guiding philosophy of the Social Service Department is based on the principles stated in the Resident Bill of Rights and the true respect for human dignity and uniqueness. The two licensed social workers are available to provide services designed to identify and meet the social and emotional needs of each resident.

We assist each resident and family in adjusting to the effects of the illness or disability, treatment and stay in the facility. In addition, we assure adequate discharge planning and the appropriate use of community social and health resources. Our services include:

  • Assessment - evaluation
