*This relates directly to a Notice of Circumstances of Claim filed with Kenosha County on February 2, 2022.  Therefore the committee may go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85 (1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the government body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.   The Committee may reconvene in open session immediately following the closed session if circumstances warrant.
