While both the building and the meeting is open to the public, in keeping with the CDC's recommendations on social distancing, members of the public are strongly encouraged not to attend the meeting in person. The meeting will not be available live video stream due to the location. However, the meeting will be accessible for public monitoring by calling 1-408-418-9388 and using Access Code 146 652 9500. Citizens wishing to make a public comment are strongly encouraged to submit such comments in writing to [email protected] before 4:30 pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
