DEBRA L. PARTRIDGE DECLARATION OF TRUST, 8745 406th Ave., Genoa City, WI 53128 (Owner), Joe Spatol, 213 W. Depot St., Silver Lake, WI 53170 (Agent), requesting a variance (Section IV.
