Rebels and Redcoats

The Rebels and Redcoats Revolutionary War Reenactment is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, June 9-10, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Petrifying Springs Park, 5555 Seventh St., Kenosha.

This free event is hosted by the North West Territory Alliance, an American Revolutionary War reenactment organization, and sponsored by Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser and the Kenosha County Division of Parks.

Kreuser welcomes everyone to come and experience the lifestyles of American soldiers and civilians in the 1770s. The schedule of events includes artillery demonstrations, an interactive spy/counterfeiter camp infiltration, a live military band concert, tomahawk throwing and more.

A full schedule and driving directions can be found on the Kenosha County Parks Division website under the events tab.
