The Kenosha County Division of Purchasing is accepting sealed proposals from vendors interested in providing concessions operations at Silver Lake Park Beach.
Proposals must be received by 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at the Purchasing Division on the second floor of the Kenosha County Administration Building, 1010 56th St., Kenosha.
A vendor pre-proposal conference will be held at Silver Lake Park Beach, 27000 85th St., Silver Lake, at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 28. A tour of the facility will be a part of this meeting.
Complete RFP packets may be downloaded at http://www.kenoshacounty.org/index.aspx?nid=109. Vendors must register to download packets; there is no fee to register.
Kenosha County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to select the vendor considered by the county to be most advantageous. The county also reserves the right to request additional information, the right to clarify responses, the right to award a contract for only some but not all of the articles or items in the solicitation, and the right to waive minor irregularities. The County of Kenosha does not warrant or guarantee that a contract will be awarded as a result of this request for proposals.
