Beginning Thursday, Aug. 11, traffic on Kenosha County Highway Q (104th Street) from just east of Uline Drive to just west of Highway U (136th Avenue) is scheduled to be shifted to the south onto the eastbound lanes through late summer, while crews work to construct the westbound lanes.
One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction while the work occurs, and access to businesses and residences will remain.
This work is part of the ongoing reconstruction of the intersection of highways Q and U, which is scheduled to be completed late this fall.
A project brief including a map of the work area is available here.
