On 4/18/23 at approximately 12:00 PM the Kenosha Drug Operations Group (KDOG) along with other KSD Detectives and Deputies, were assigned to conduct a knock-and-announce search warrant in the 1800 block of 22nd Avenue, in the City of Kenosha. Prior to executing the warrant, the primary suspect, Laura L. Luetkens (54) was stopped by KSD as she was walking in front of the Family Dollar Store (2027-22nd Ave.) and detained. The search warrant was then completed at her residence on 22nd Ave.
During the search warrant 34.9 grams of cocaine, 6 grams of Fentanyl, and 11.9 grams of THC were seized. Luetkens was placed under arrest and transported to the KSD jail for several felony charges including Possession with intent to deliver Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Marijuana, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and 2 counts of Felony Bail Jumping.
No law enforcement, civilians, or animals were injured during this operation.
