This class is for the family/friend caregiver who cares for an adult. This workshop will help caregivers develop a wealth of self-care tools to:
* Reduce personal stress
* Communicate needs effectively in challenging situations
* Deal with difficult emotions
* Make tough caregiving decisions
It begins on Tuesday, November 11 and will be held weekly at the Kenosha County Center, 19600 75th St. (Hwys. 50 and 45) Room A, Bristol from 2-4 p.m.
