[ARCHIVED] Kenosha County wins national award for technology transformation

Kenosha County was honored recently as a winner of one of the 2015 Customer Success Awards from Ceridian, a global human capital management technology company.

The County received the Employee Development and Engagement Award at an event in Las Vegas, NV on July 16th. According to Ceridian, the county received the award for its work transitioning from a legacy mainframe payroll processing system to a single, easy to use application for Human Resources, Benefits and Payroll.

The Kenosha County employees who have been working on the transformation from legacy systems and processes are: Patricia Merrill, Payroll Manager; Diane Leiting, Assistant Personnel Director; Donna Esposito, Personnel Service Coordinator; Kris Fox, Personnel Assistant; Michael Bastianelli, Application Services Manager; Tom Beaudry, Senior System Analyst; and Ben Taggart, IT Project Manager. County leadership providing guidance and vision are: Dave Geertsen, Chief Financial Officer; Robert Riedl, Personnel Director; Martin Lacock, Chief Information Officer; and Jennifer Kopp, Senior Assistant Corporation Counsel.
