[ARCHIVED] Around the Corner with John McGivern Preview Party

This past summer, Milwaukee Public Television's Around the Corner with John McGivern filmed a new episode in Western Kenosha County. On February 1, a special advance screening of the episode "WESTOSHA - Western Kenosha County" will take place at Wilmot High School Auditorium (Entrance A), 11112 308th Ave. in Wilmot.

The stars of the show will be celebrated – local businesses, friends and neighbors – and a fun, behind-the-scenes look at the filming will be shared from host John McGivern. Around the Corner features the Emmy Award-winning actor as he explores living, working and playing in Wisconsin’s communities.

Doors open at 6 p.m. to enjoy community exhibits, entertainment by Wilmot High student groups, and free “swag bags” while they last! The show will begin at 7 p.m., followed by a Q&A session with the audience.

The preview celebration is free and open to the public, so spread the word and bring a friend! The Westosha episode will air on Milwaukee Public Television stations on February 4. This celebration is proudly hosted by Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser and the County Parks Division, and the Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.
