[ARCHIVED] Brookside Care Center seeks volunteer greeters

Brookside Care Center is in search of volunteers to greet and welcome residents’ family and friends during evening and weekend hours.

Hours in need of coverage include 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays-Fridays, and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays. These time frames may be split into shorter shifts, depending upon volunteers’ preferences.

About Brookside Care Center: Owned and operated by Kenosha County, Brookside is a 154-bed skilled nursing facility located at 3506 Washington Road in Kenosha. A modernization completed in 2018 included the addition of a new therapy room and 48 sub-acute rehabilitation rooms, plus updated dining facilities and decentralized nursing stations. Willowbrook Assisted Living, also completed in 2018, is a 24-bed community-based residential facility located within the Brookside campus.
