[ARCHIVED] KDOG search warrant leads to man's arrest

On Tuesday, February 5th, 2019, at approximately 0900 hours, the Kenosha Drug Operations Group (KDOG) served a “knock and announce,” search warrant. Assisting in the service of the warrant were members of the Kenosha Police Department’s gang unit and patrol officers at a single-family residence located at 4102 – 50th Street.

Prior to the entry to the residence, members of KDOG, were able to take Timothy S. Stark, 40, into custody prior to the execution of the warrant at a different location. Mr. Stark was taken into custody and transported to the Kenosha Sheriff’s Department without incident. 

After Mr. Stark was taken into custody, KDOG members along with KPD gang unit and KPD patrol units executed the warrant and made entry into the residence. Once the residence was secured, a search of the residence was conducted and KDOG recovered the below listed items:

•    258.6 grams of marijuana

•    2 handguns

Prior to the execution of the warrant, KDOG had an open investigation into Mr. Stark where 4 grams of cocaine were obtained from him during the investigation. 

Mr Stark is being held in the kKenosha County Jail on the following charges:

•    4 felony counts of manufacture / deliver cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school.

•    1 felony possession w/intent to deliver marijuana (THC) over 200 grams within 1,000 feet of a school.

•    2 felony possession of a firearm (convicted felon)
