On Thursday, May 9, 2019, at approximately 1240 HOURS, the Kenosha Drug Operations Group (KDOG) served a “No Knock,” search warrant at 4711 – 37th Ave #2, Kenosha. Assisting in the service of the warrant were members of the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department Tactical Response team, Kenosha Police Department’s Gang Unit and Patrol Officers to the SINGLE-FAMILY Apartment.
KDOG was working with KPD Gang Unit with attempting to locate Nicholas D. Sanford Sr. who had an active felony warrant for his arrest. Information was obtained through an investigation into Sanford as to his location here in the City of Kenosha.
After the execution of the warrant, three subjects were taken into custody. Upon searching the apartment, KDOG members located 2 handguns, 48 grams of heroin which also tested positive for fentanyl, 27.2 grams of marijuana and 4.1 grams of cocaine. The below listed subjects are being charged with several drug and weapons related charges:
