On 10-26-19 at 9:49 p.m., the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a reckless driving investigation. During the course of this investigation, a 46-year-old resident of the Village of Salem Lakes, Michael R. Hess was taken into custody for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (8th Offense).
A concerned citizen reported a 2002 Honda Accord that was all over the roadway in the area of CTH W and STH 50. Sheriff Deputies located the suspect vehicle and performed a traffic stop for a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver Michael Hess, and an investigation into the incident resulted in the subsequent arrest of Hess for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (8th Offense), as well as numerous traffic citations.
