Intermittent closures are scheduled from March 29 through April 15 on Highway EM (East Lakeshore Drive) between Highway Z (Wilmot Avenue) and State Line Road (128th Street) in the Village of Twin Lakes.
These closures will accommodate a series of culvert replacements that the Kenosha County Division of Highways is conducting.
A detour will be in place on days of closure, routing drivers around the area via State Line Road, Highway HM (374th Avenue/Wilmot Road) and Highway Z.
