[ARCHIVED] Vacant lot map now available

Kenosha County, with cooperation from all the municipalities, has developed a map to assist those people looking for vacant, buildable lots, Kenosha County Executive Jim Kreuser announced today.

The map offers an easy way for people interested in building homes to find available lots, Kreuser said.

The map indicates there are 876 single family lots and 25 two-family lots currently available.

The map references the locations of subdivisions throughout the county where vacant lots exist, including the name of the subdivision and the number of vacant lots within that subdivision. The locations of all private and public schools are also provided in an effort to assist people in finding that right location to build a new residence somewhere in Kenosha County.

The map is available on the Kenosha County website and can be found at
http://wi-kenoshacounty.civicplus.com/DocumentCenter/Home/View/220 or by going to kenoshacounty.org selecting Departments and then Planning and Development to find the home page and then click on “Existing Subdivisions With Vacant Lots” under Quick Links on the right side of the page.
