Andrew Mario Obregon has been arrested and is in custody!!
Kenosha County Sheriff, David Beth, will be holding a press conference at 6:00 PM tonight to discuss this arrest.
The press conference will be held at the Kenosha County Public Safety Building, 1000-55th Street, Kenosha, WI .
Obregon was taken into custody in Illinois just south if the Wisconsin State line near Winthrop Harbor.
