[ARCHIVED] Enter to win fabulous prizes during Bike-to-Work Weeks

Kenosha County’s Bike to Work Weeks are officially underway, and County Executive Jim Kreuser and Kenosha Mayor John M. Antaramian are inviting all residents to participate through Saturday, June 18th.

As part of Kenosha County Bike to Work Weeks, each day a resident bikes to work, he or she may enter to win through the Bike to Work Weeks Contest here. The random drawings will be done at the conclusion of Bike to Work Weeks.

Prizes for the random drawing have been donated by: Andrea’s, The Coffee Pot, Jockey International, Ski & Sports Chalet, Linnea Bakery, The Bike Shop at Southport Rigging, City of Kenosha Museums, ExposeKenosha, Total Cyclery, Kenosha Velodrome, Kenosha Velosport Cycling, the Kenosha Bicycle Ambassadors, and the Kenosha County Division of Parks.

Kreuser and Antaramian said the purpose of Bike to Work Weeks is to promote healthy transportation alternatives, raise awareness about bicycle safety and to encourage people to see their community on two wheels.

Also supporting the Bike to Work Weeks are the Kenosha County Board of Supervisors, City of Kenosha Common Council, the Kenosha Bicycle Ambassadors, ExposeKenosha, and the Kenosha County Multi-Use Trail Committee.
