Barbara Beckert, Milwaukee Office Director for Disability Rights Wisconsin provided an overview of federal issues which are likely to impact the state budget as well as specific initiatives and changes for the 2017-2019 State Budget. Local legislators, Senator Wanggaard, Senator Wirch, Representative Kerkman, Representative Barca, and Representative Ohnstad also were present and provided their input.
