[ARCHIVED] March 22 town hall meeting to focus on veterans issues

The Kenosha County Division of Veterans Services is hosting a town hall meeting for veterans from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 22, at the Kenosha County Job Center, 8600 Sheridan Road.

Veterans and their families are invited to come and learn more about VA benefits and topics including: Burial, compensation, health care, life insurance, Medicare, pension, mental health, suicide awareness, education, caregivers, vet centers and the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

The event is hosted by Kenosha County Veterans Services in partnership with the Capt. James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center and its Kenosha Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, the Evanston Vet Center, and the Milwaukee VA Regional Office. Light refreshments will be served.

Attendees are asked to use Entrance D on the southeast end of the Job Center building.
