You’re there for them, we’re here for you! Powerful Tools for Caregivers, a six-week, workshop, is a self-care education program for family caregivers. PTC provides self-care tools and strategies to better handle the unique challenges caregivers face. Subjects include reducing personal stress, changing negative self-talk, communicating effectively in challenging situations, recognizing emotions and difficult feelings, and making tough caregiving decisions. You'll need a computer, iPad or tablet, as well as internet access. Class runs Wednesdays, March 13-April 17, 2024. Deadline to register is Friday, March 8.

Healthy Living with Diabetes is a 6-week evidence-based program from Stanford University that has helped people world-wide: Be in control and feel better, have more energy, use new tools to manage their diabetes, create new goals.
