Q. 12.18.5-5 that patios within the shoreyard shall not exceed 200 square feet in area to construct a single-family residence to be located 5 feet from the right-of-way of 93rd Street and to be located 37 feet from the ordinary high water mark of Benedict Lake and to have a 4/12 roof pitch on said residence and to construct an appx. 991 sq. ft. patio within the shoreyard on Tax Key Parcel #60-4-119-192-1200, Town of Randall.
