In 2023, Kenosha County engaged the services of the Racial Equity Group to conduct the county’s second Employee Racial Equity Assessment.
This evaluation, which was a follow-up to an initial assessment in 2021, included a survey of Kenosha County employees to gauge the effectiveness of past racial equity efforts and help establish future priorities in cultivating a workplace culture that supports belonging, inclusion and diversity.
