Robert Stoll, Vice-Chairman
The Sanitary Board of Review is a quasi-judicial committee authorized by state statutes. It is made up of four citizen members (will reduce to three members after October 16, 2019 due to passing of Ord. 2018-13 by the County Board), and is responsible for hearing variance requests to the county’s Sanitary Code and Private Sewage System Ordinance, being Chapter 15 of the Municipal Code of Kenosha County. The Board also acts as the Zoning Board of Adjustments.
