[ARCHIVED] Feeling Stretched as a Caregiver?

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a 6-week educational series designed to provide the caregiver the tools needed to take care themselves. This program helps family caregivers reduce stress, improve self-confidence, communicate feelings better, balance their lives, increase their ability to make tough decisions and locate helpful resources.

Classes will be held at Wynwood of Kenosha, 7377 88th Avenue, Kenosha, WI from 6:30 – 8:30pm, every Tuesday from September 10 – October 15. The fee is $10 and covers cost of materials. Scholarships are available.
