APRIL 15, 2024, UPDATE:

The recount of votes for the Office of County Board Supervisor, District 3, was completed this afternoon. The recount process established one additional vote for incumbent Supervisor Jeffrey Gentz, with the final total of 612 votes for Gentz and 603 for challenger Annette Flynn.

ORIGINAL APRIL 12, 2024, RELEASE:

A recount of the votes cast in the April 2 election has been requested in County Board District 3.

The final total certified in this week's canvass was 611 votes for incumbent Jeffrey Gentz and 603 votes for challenger Annette Flynn.

The recount will begin at 9 a.m. Monday, April 15, in the Hearing Room at the Kenosha County Center, 19600 75th St., Bristol.

The deadline for April 2 election candidates to submit recount petitions was 5 p.m. Friday, April 12.
