The through-traffic closure on Kenosha County Highway C (Wilmot Road) near the Highway U (136th Avenue) intersection that began Oct. 16 is now scheduled to continue through Thursday, Nov. 2.
This three-day extension is due to inclement weather that has affected the work schedule.
Drivers are encouraged to continue following a detour using the Interstate 94 West Frontage Road, Highway Q (104th Street) and Highway MB (160th Avenue). Local access to properties on Highway C remains.
