[ARCHIVED] Portion of Highway L to close for overnight water main work

Water main installations related to a private development in the area are scheduled to close a portion of Kenosha County Highway L (18th Street) in the Village of Somers during the overnight hours for four nights beginning Monday, March 28.

The worksite is approximately 600 feet west of Highway 31 (Green Bay Road).

Highway L will be impassible at this location during the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night until the morning of Friday, April 1.

A posted detour will route drivers around the closure via highways 31, E (12th Street) and EA (72nd Avenue).
