Portion of Highway E to close for culvert replacement

Kenosha County Highway E (12th Street) is scheduled to be closed to through traffic just west of 45^th Avenue in Somers from Feb. 12 through Feb. 23 for a culvert replacement.

A posted detour will route drivers around the closure via Highway 31 (Green Bay Road) and Highway JR (Petrifying Springs Road).

This work is the final phase of the county’s overall winter culvert rehabilitation. Please note that this work schedule is weather-dependent and is subject to change.
