Kenosha County Aging & Disability Resource Center
The ADRC is a no cost, "one-stop shop" for older people, people with disabilities, their families, guardians and caregivers. We provide objective, reliable information on a wide variety of services, resources and benefits.
See information below for updated services while we continue to remain Safer-at-Home.
No Flu for You Campaign
The ADRC has joined Wisconsin Institute for Healthy Aging and the CDC on the NO FLU for you campaign. The CDC recommends that EVERYONE six months and older should get a flu shot EVERY year - especially if you’re older. Forty-two percent of flu-related hospitalizations and eighty-four percent of flu-related deaths happened to older people last year. This year, with the pandemic causing so much hardship, we’ve all learned the importance of protecting ourselves and our loved ones from illness. Reduce your risk of the flu and a hospitalization. Click here for a list of flu shot locations or contact your doctor or pharmacist to get a flu shot.
